Test results rarely change. When a test result is updated it is usually because the growthEventYN status changed. Other possible changes can occur when there is an update to iweek or term data. Such changes will force a recalculation of Achievement Norms. Everything else should remain static.
Example - Growth Event vs Non-Growth Event:
A student takes a MAP Growth test on 9/6 and completes the test in only 15 minutes. The system marks that test as a Growth Event and it’s sent via API.
The school decides 15 minutes was too fast and retests the student on 9/9. The school nullifies the original test, and the new test event from 9/9 is marked as a Growth Event and sent via API.
The Instructional Content provider will receive both events, but after 9/9 one will be marked growthEventYn = false and the other marked growthEventYn = true.
