Data Sharing Agreement (aka DSA)
A partner agrees to share a defined subset of NWEA-managed data (typically student roster and/or test result data) with one or more NWEA 3rd party affiliates. These affiliate companies typically provide services that utilize assessment data to extend the value of that data for the partner in the way of related instructional content, detailed reporting, etc.
When APP is created for new customers, sample district( test data) is added. ICP can test the different API endpoints (i.e. districts, bulk-test-results etc.) with this sample district. Partners or school district will allow ICP to share their data then they can access it with same API.
