How do we distinguish between a new test and a retake of an existing test?

When a test is retaken, the testKey will remain the same as the previous record, but the retaken test result will be assigned a new testResultBid. The timestamps on the record will also reflect the date/time of the retaken test. The growthEventYN field will tell you which test result is being used as the student's growth measure.
